Susana's Cafe is Kissimmee's premiere coffee shop and restaurant nestled in the heart of Downtown near the courthouse. Susana's Cafe has been a mainstay of the downtown community for over 20 years formerly known as Susan's Courtside Cafe. Now under new ownership, the cafe has been updated with a look and feel that remains true to the roots of when it first opened. Come on in and see for yourself to discover firsthand why the cafe is a local favorite.

The coffee is brewed by first roasting the green coffee beans over hot coals in a brazier. Once the beans are roasted each participant is given an opportunity to sample the aromatic smoke by wafting it towards them. This is followed by the grinding.
